ARCHITECTECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST - HEALTHCARE PROJECTS - DUBLIN
Our Client has been based in Dublin for over thirty years.
They work on a variety of projects across mutliple sectors, which
include, office spaces, healthcare buildings, hotels, retail and
resedential developments.
The successful candidates will be involved in a number of projects at
various stages, which may include an element of site based work.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years post-graduation experience, working on developing projects
from inception to site.
Strong design and detailing experience with excellent technical and
site / knowledge
Experience working with Irish Building and Planning Regulations,
Experience of preparing planning, tender and construction details and
documentation
Experience working on healthcare projects would be beneficial
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative
environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication
Ability to use initiative and have excellent problem-solving abilities
Revit capability and site experience are desirable.
PACKAGE
Salary negotiable based on experience.
